Common issues logging in may be related to web browser cache or session data stored by your web browser which may need refreshed. Choose which browser you are using for steps to try:
Internet Explorer
IMPORTANT: Internet Explorer 8 is the last version available for Windows XP and Internet Explorer 9 is the last version available for Windows Vista. Windows XP has reached end-of-life, meaning it will no longer receive updates, security fixes or support. Users of Windows XP or Windows Vista are advised to update to Windows 7 or later. Users who continue to use Windows XP should download another web browser which is actively being updated such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
Try the following steps:
- Refresh the page.
- With the shipcopumps.com website loaded, press F5 or click the reload icon in the address bar.
- Flush the browser cache.
- In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu (the menubar will show near top by pressing the Alt key) or click the gear cog icon (
) in the upper right corner.
- Select Internet Options
- From the "General" tab and under Browsing History, click "Delete..."
- In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, CHECK ONLY the following:
- Preserve Favorites website data
- Temporary Internet Files
- UNCHECK all other checkboxes, then click Delete.
- In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu (the menubar will show near top by pressing the Alt key) or click the gear cog icon (
- Ensure Internet Explorer is NOT running shipcopumps.com with Compatibility View turned ON. Compatibility View should be turned OFF.
- With the shipcopumps.com website loaded, look for the Compatibility View button near the address bar. If Compatibility View is turned ON, it looks like this in older versions:

- Deselect Compatibility View and the page will refresh.
- In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu (the menubar will show near top by pressing the Alt key) or click the gear cog icon (
) in the upper right corner.
- Select Compatibility View Settings
- If "shipcopumps.com" appears in the list of websites you've added to compatibility view, then select it and click Remove.
- With the shipcopumps.com website loaded, look for the Compatibility View button near the address bar. If Compatibility View is turned ON, it looks like this in older versions:
Mozilla Firefox
Try the following steps:
- Refresh the page.
- With the shipcopumps.com website loaded, press F5 or click the reload icon in the address bar.
- Flush the browser cache.
- In Firefox, go to the Tools menu (the menubar will show near top by pressing the Alt key) or click the orange "Firefox" button in the upper left corner.
- Select Options
- From the "Privacy" tab and under History, click the link to "clear your recent history"
- In the Clear All History dialog box, select "Everything" for Time Range to Clear. Below you should CHECK ONLY the following:
- Cache
- Active Logins
- Offline Website Data
- UNCHECK all other checkboxes, then click Clear Now.
Google Chrome
Try the following steps:
- Refresh the page.
- With the shipcopumps.com website loaded, press F5 or click the reload icon in the address bar.
- Flush the browser cache.
- In Chrome, click the customize and control Google Chrome button (looks like 3 stacked lines) in the upper right corner.
- Select History in the menu.
- Click "Clear browsing data..." on the screen that appears.
- In the Clear browsing data dialog box, select "the beginning of time" for Obliterate the following items from. Below you should UNCHECK all checkboxes EXCEPT CHECK "Empty the cache" and then click Clear browsing data.
